SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On August 2, 2022 at approximately 0052 hours Officer Gerrish and I were dispatched to Maple fields St. Johnsbury, for a report that Tristan Garcia was in the store and has a no trespass. Garcia was found to be in violation of conditions of release as to regulated drug possession and curfew. Garcia was arrested and brought back to the police station, fingerprinted and released. Garcia will face arraignment in this matter on September 19, 2022 at 0830 hours in Caledonia Superior Court.
