SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On August 10, 2022 at about 0400 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a male walking on Main Street (by the courthouse) behind a female he was prohibited from coming within a 300 foot radius of due to active court ordered conditions of release. Soon after, the patrol officer observed the man walking behind the woman within 300 feet on Eastern Avenue. Erich Langmaid was arrested and brought to the police station. Langmaid will face arraignment in this matter on September 12, 2022 at 0830 hours in Caledonia Superior Court.
