SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On August 15, 2022 at about 0346 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint from a resident of an adjacent building that there was a disturbance occurring on a porch at 170 Pearl Street. Upon arrival, a responding patrol officer made contact with John Schumann who was arrested. Schumann was later released on a flash citation into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of August 17, 2022 at 12:30pm.
