SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On August 8, 2022 at approximately 2054 hours Officer Gerrish and I were dispatched to 48 Eastern Ave St. Johnsbury for a disturbance. After further investigation it was found that Shari Hitman was in [EXPUNGED] and caused Disorderly Conduct by throwing a plate and breaking it. Hitman was cited and will face arraignment in this matter on October 17, 2022 at 0830 hours in Caledonia Superior Court.
