SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On August 15, 2022 at about 2050 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint that a juvenile female had been assaulted at the Fairbanks Inn. Responding patrol officers took Nathan Ladieu into custody for the above offenses. Ladieu was later issued conditions of release by the Honorable Court. He will face arraignment in this matter on August 17, 2022 at 1230pm in Caledonia Superior Court.
