SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On August 13, 2022 at about 1816 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint from a store wanting a man removed who was at the location trying to buy alcohol in violation of a prior notice of trespass. Garcia was later arrested. While being taken into custody and subsequently thereafter, Garcia expectorated on the patrol officers. Due to his level of impairment by alcohol and/or other substances, Garcia was lodged in the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility as an incapacitated person. Garcia was flash cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of August 15, 2022 at 1230 hours.
