SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On August 14, 2022 at approximately 1939 hours on Cliff/Church Street St. Johnsbury, Officer Gerrish and I stopped Anders Hahr for speeding and later found that Hahr was Criminally suspended. Hahr was arrested for Driving Criminally suspended and suspicion of DUI. Hahr was cited and will face arraignment in this matter on August 29, 2022 at 0830 hours in Caledonia Superior Court
