SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 08-03-2022 at approximately 1558 hours Lt Mark Bickford of the St Johnsbury Police Department was conducting roving vehicle patrol on Summer Street in St Johnsbury when he observed a male who he recognized from past police encounters to be Jude Mischke. Mischke was known by Lt Bickford to have active warrants for his arrest. Lt Bickford made contact with Mischke and subsequently took him into custody without incident. Mischke was processed on his warrants at the PD and then transported to the NERCF where he was lodged on the two warrants.
