SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On August 12, 2022 at approximately 2222 hours Officer Gerrish, Officer Hartwell and I were dispatched to 48 Eastern Ave St. Johnsbury for a report of an assault. After further investigation it was found that Barbara Rabtoy committed the act of First degree Aggravated Domestic Assault. Rabtoy was cited and will face arraignment in this matter on August 15th, 2022 at 1230 hours in Caledonia Superior Court.
