Whitehouse was taken back to the St Johnsbury Police Department where he was processed then later lodged at the NERCF. Bail of $200 dollars was set by Judge. The suspect was described as a white male approximately 18-19 years of age, approximately 6’2” tall wearing a black ski-mask and hoodie. The suspect was last seen on foot behind the deli heading towards the railroad tracks at around 8:15 PM. The male was reported to have stolen an entire box of Elf Bar Vapes totaling at $250.00.
