SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 01/06/2023, Angela Boyce called the police department to report Zachary Cole had contacted her via Facebook Messenger. Boyce advised she blocked him and then he contacted her again on her second Facebook account. Boyce told me Cole is not allowed to contact her. A subsequent records check shows Cole was issued conditions of release and one of those conditions was to have no contact with Boyce, whether in person, by phone, email or third party. I spoke with Cole and he admitted to me that he did contact Boyce.
On 01/09/2023, I arrested Cole on the previously mentioned charges.
