SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 12, 2022, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a pair of complaints about the unauthorized taking of a pair of Debit Cards and the subsequent unauthorized use of those cards. The investigation led to the arrest of Sara Mathieu, 36, of Saint Johnsbury for Larceny from a person (2 counts) and subsequent ATM Fraud (6 counts). Mathieu was cited to appear on February 27, 2023 to answer the charges.
