SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On January 25, 2023 at about 0035 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint about a car over the bank that subsequently collided into a wooded area in the area of 179 Lafayette Street. A responding patrol officer made contact with the motorist and found he was out and about in violation of a court ordered curfew. Wilson was cited into Caledonia Superior Court with a court date of April 10, 2023 at 0830 hours. The vehicle was recovered from the wooded area and hauled away by McKay’s Towing of Lunenburg, VT.
