SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 01/19/2023 at approximately 1835 hours, St. Johnsbury Police were dispatched to a suspicious person on High St in St Johnsbury. Upon arrival we meet with Tristan Garcia who appeared highly intoxicated. Garcia has conditions of release to not drink alcoholic beverages to the extent they interfere with the welfare of his family, himself, or any other person. After providing a preliminary breath test, Garcia tested at 0.159% BAC. Based upon the suspicious nature of the call, we had reason to believe Garcia was intoxicated enough to violate his conditions. He was cited to appear in Caledonia Court to answer to the charge of Violations of Conditions of Release.
