SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On January 22, 2023 at about 0107 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer stopped a motor vehicle on Main Street for a violation observed on Eastern Avenue. A passenger in the vehicle, Janita Ledoux, was found to be out and about of a 24 hour curfew. Another passenger in the vehicle, Megan Young, was found to be riding in the car along with a person she was prohibited from having contact with. Both Ledoux and Young were arrested and brought to the police station. Both parties were flash cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of January 23, 2023 at 1230 hours. Ofc. Gerrish will handle the Ledoux case and Ofc. Guyer is handling the Young matter.
