SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
I saw two individuals walking on Bay Street under the Portland Street Bridge hiding their faces. After I turned the cruiser around to see who the individuals were one continued walking on Bay Street the other ran into the bushes. After a short search on Weeks Court I located Ariya Sweeney under Bay Street by the river hiding under a rock. I took Sweeney into custody on her active warrant and brought her to the Police Department for processing.
