SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 01/25/23 at approximately 0223 hours, Officer's observed a vehicle violating the parking ban with occupants inside. Upon approach, the operator, Megan Young, was found to be criminally suspended. After further investigation, we found the occupants in position of regulated drugs. Young was released on a citation for 04/24/23 at the Caledonia County Court House in St Johnsbury.
