SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On January 20, 2023 at about 2335 hours, St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officers stopped a motor vehicle on Railroad Street for an observed motor vehicle violation. After investigation, the motorist, Daegan Ignjatovic was arrested for suspicion of DUI #1. At the police station, Ignjatovic refused to provide an evidentiary breath sample. Ignjatovic was cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of February 6, 2023 at 0830 hours.
