SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 3/3/2022, I was working the Governor's Highway Grant when I pulled over a vehicle for bad inspection. The operator gave a false name and provided documentation showing the false name. After an investigation, the operator was found to be Rachel Stanzione, who had a criminal suspension and conditions of release not to drive. Stanzione was also arrested for identity theft, as the name she gave was a real person, and False information to an LEO.
