After investigation Thomas Mull Jr. was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence of Cannabis. The registered owner of the vehicle and passenger Aleah Chaput, 21 also of St. Johnsbury was cited to appear on the same day for permitting illegal operation of a motor vehicle.
