SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On March 17, 2022 at about 2002 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint that a couple had driven through the cemetery and caused damage to the graves and land, and they appeared intoxicated to the complaining employee. Responding patrol officers found Allison Roslund and [SEALED] associated with a vehicle in the cemetery and damage to nearby gravestones and the grounds. The operator, Roslund, displayed signs of impairment by a substance other than alcohol and was screened by Ofc. Gerrish. Roslund and Ide were both arrested. Roslund physically resisted arrest and Ide was taken into custody without incident. An evidentiary blood draw was obtained from Roslund by order of the Honorable Court via a search warrant. [SEALED] was released without incident on a citation into Caledonia Superior Court with a court date of May 23, 2022 at 0830 hours. Roslund was issued a citation into Caledonia Superior Court on the above charges with a court date of July 25, 2022 at 0830 hours. Roslund was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility on a 24 hour hold as an incapacitated person.
The vehicle in question was hauled away by FauFaw’s towing of St. Johnsbury.
