SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On March 25, 2022 at about 2326 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Railroad Street. The vehicle was stopped on Portland Street and the operator was found to be displaying signs of impairment due to alcohol. The operator, Thyme Farrington, was arrested for suspicion of DUI. Farrington was released from the St. Johnsbury Police Department on a citation into Caledonia Superior Court with a court date of April 11, 2022 at 0830 hours. Farrington was released to a sober adult.
