SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On March 3, 2022 at about 2201 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer stopped a car for speeding on the Old Center Road. A passenger in the car was found to be out after a court ordered curfew. [EXPUNGED] was arrested and brought back to the police station. [EXPUNGED] is scheduled for arraignment in this matter in Caledonia Superior Court on May 2, 2022 at 0830 hours.
