SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On March 8, 2022 at about 2015 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint that a male continued a past course of conduct directed at another person by confronting him outside the Price Chopper and then following him in his car back to town, where the victim drove to the police station and reported the situation. [SEALED] was located and cited for stalking. [SEALED] will respond to this matter in Caledonia Superior Court on May 23, 2022 at 0830 hours.
