SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On October 7, 2022 a report was filed with the St Johnsbury Police Department involving the unauthorized use of a Debit Card at a variety of locations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a series of attempted and completed uses of that Debit Card in and around the Northeast Kingdom. As a result of the investigation, Hannah Casterline, 33, of St Johnsbury was cited to appear on January 23, 2023 to answer the charges of Debit Card Fraud, Larceny form a Person and Financial exploitation of a Vulnerable adult.
