SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 12/03/2022 at approximately 17:09 hours, St. Johnsbury Police responded to Portland Street for a report of an intoxicated male stumbling into traffic. The male was located in the driveway of Maple Grove. The male identified as Adam Favreau advised he was drunk and was waiting for his friend to pick him up. Favreau was taken into protective custody. While patting Favreau down for weapons he advised he was in possession of crack cocaine. Subsequently crack cocaine was found in Favreau’s pocket where he advised it was. He was cited to appear in Caledonia Court to answer to the charge of Possession of Cocaine.
