SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 12/03/2022, St. Johnsbury Police were called to Domino’s Pizza for a report of trucks congregating in the parking lot. In speaking with the occupants of the vehicles it was found that an employee of Domino’s had posted on Social Media that he had spat in the food of one vehicle occupants. The employee later identified as Sincere Wilson was found to have active court conditions that included a court ordered curfew with no exception for employment at Domino’s. Wilson is also required by conditions to make his charges known and in speaking with the manager of the store that was not done. Wilson was cited to appear in Caledonia Court on 01/23/2023 to answer to the charge.
