SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 11/21/2022 at approximately 1334 hours Cynthia Potter from The White Market called to report that the same male from the 19th Mathias Madison stole items without paying for them. After watching the stores camera footage it is seen that Mathias takes multiple items and walks out of the store without paying for them.
