On 11/25/2022 Corporal Johnson received a phone call that a female was not letting someone get something from their vehicle at 599 Portland Street. Upon arrival Corporal Johnson met with the female identified as Jennifer Lavoie. It was confirmed Jennifer had an active warrant. I placed Jennifer under arrest, brought her to the Police Department for Processing, and transported her to NERCF.
