SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On December 9, 2022, at about 0036 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer noticed a suspicious vehicle in the Bike Path Parking lot on South Main Street. Inside the vehicle was located Wade Whitehouse, who was out in about in violation of a court ordered curfew. Whitehouse was cited into Caledonia Superior Court for this violation, with an arraignment date of January 23, 2023 at 0830 hours.
