On November 29, 2022, the St. Johnsbury Police Department was dispatched to 80 St. Mary Street for a reported drug overdose. A female was located on scene and found to have an active warrant out of Washington County, VT on underlying charges of Reckless Endangerment and Tampering with a Fire Alarm. Guptill was cited at the behest of the Honorable Court in Washington County with an appearance date of November 30, 2022 at 0800.
