SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On November 30, 2022, St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officers located Melissa Guptill at her residence on 80 Saint Mary Street on an active warrant out of Washington Superior Court after she failed to attend a hearing at that court earlier in the day. The warrant was on underlying charges of reckless endangerment and tampering with a fire alarm. Guptill was arrested and lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility on $200 bail.
