SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 03/12/2023 at approximately 19:15 hours, Allison Roslund was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Old Center Road in St. Johnsbury. After investigation she was taken into custody for suspicion of operating under the influence of a substance other than alcohol.
A passenger in the vehicle operated by Allison Roslund, was found to be Janita Ledoux, a person who was the subject of a $200 arrest warrant out of Chittenden County and who was also found to be out and about in violation of a 24 hour curfew. Ledoux was arrested and lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility and also flash cited for violation of conditions of release into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of March 13, 2023 at 12:30pm.
