SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On March 11, 2023, St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officers responded to the area outside the Republican Block for a report of an intoxicated female causing a disturbance. Responding patrol officers arrested Victoria Sherman who was taken to NVRH for a medical evaluation and later lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility on a 24 hour hold as an incapacitated person. Sherman was cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of May 22, 2023 at 0830 hours.
