SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 03/31/2023, I was dispatched to a report of Michael Carpenter at Maplefields, in the Town of St Johnsbury. Upon arrival, I observed a male in front of the store that quickly began to walk away as I pulled into a parking spot. I made contact with the male who identified himself as Michael Carpenter. Carpenter was served a notice of trespass on 03/30/2023 for Maplefields. Carpenter was arrested and released on citation.
