SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 03/17/2023, I was conducting roving patrol. I observed a Subaru Outback with a handwritten license plate pulling off of Old Center Rd, in the Town of St Johnsbury. I conducted a motor vehicle stop on Railroad St and observed indicators from the operator, Erika Sumner, that she was under the influence of an intoxicating substance. After further investigation and the SFSTs, I arrested Sumner on the suspicion of operating under the influence of a substance other than alcohol.
