SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 03/06/2023, Officers responded to a report of an a subject locked in the bathroom at the White's Market. Upon arrival, we made contact with Cayre-Ayne Reynolds, who admitted to operating her motor vehicle. Reynolds exhibited indicators that she was under the influence of a substance other than alcohol. Reynolds was arrested on such charge. Reynolds was transported to NECC for lodging until she was sober.
