On March 17, 2023, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed motor vehicle violations on a car traveling down Railroad Street. The vehicle was stopped and a suspicious passenger inside was identified as Michael John, who was the subject of 2 active arrest warrants out of Caledonia Superior Court. John was arrested and lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility on $300 bail.
