SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 03/17/2023, I was conducting roving patrol when I observed a dark colored Subaru Legacy operating on Portland St with an out of date inspection sticker and handwritten license plate. I conducted a motor vehicle stop on Caledonia St, with the operator Jamie Cates. Cates' privilege to operate a motor vehicle was criminally suspended as well as expired, and he showed a previous No License conviction within 2 years. Cates also had conditions of release not to operate a motor vehicle. Cates was arrested and released on citation.
