SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 03/04/2023 at approximately 0012 hours, I was dispatched to an apartment building on Railroad Street for a noise complaint. Upon arrival, I made contact with Scott Moore, his girlfriend and his 2 children. Dispatch advised Moore had active conditions of release stating he could not have contact with his two children.
Moore was arrested for violating his conditions of release and transported to the police department for processing. Moore was Flash Cited for 03/06/2023.
