SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 07/10/2023 at approximately 2327 hours myself, Officer Davis Guyer, and Officer McKendrick Johnson were dispatched to Maplefields in St. Johnsbury for a report of two people passed out in a vehicle for an hour. Upon arrival was Brandy Moses and Christopher Degreenia passed out in a running vehicle. I have been trying to locate Degreenia for violating his conditions of release on 06/18/2023. Degreenia was brought to the Police Department where he was fingerprinted, photographed and released on a citation. Degreenia will face arraignment in this matter August 07, 2023 at 0830 hours in Caledonia Superior Court.
