SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 7/6/2023 at approximately 1808 hours. Ofc. Guyer and I were flagged down and advised that Christopher Sargent was at a residence on Pearl St causing a scene and would not leave. Ofc. Guyer and I responded to Pearl St and found him sitting on the porch of the residence and appeared to be extremely intoxicated. Dispatch advised that he had a condition that he cannot drink alcohol to the point that it interferes with his wellbeing. He could barely stand on his own, had trouble walking down the stairs, and was trying to start fights with other people. Sargent was cited into court for violating his Conditions of Release and lodged at NECC for detox.
