On 07/10/2023 myself, Officer Davis Guyer, and Officer McKendrick Johnson were dispatched to Maplefields in St. Johnsbury for a report of two people passed out in a vehicle for an hour. Upon arrival was Brandy Moses and Christopher Degreenia passed out in a running vehicle. Moses has a trespass order for Maplefields. Moses was brought to the Police Department where she was fingerprinted, photographed and released on a citation. Moses will face arraignment in this matter September 18, 2023 at 0830 hours in Caledonia Superior Court.
