SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 07/20/2023 at approximately 2037 hours while patrolling, Ofc. Guyer and I noticed Nichole Gay walking on Federal St. Ofc. Guyer had a still image and surveillance video of Gay taking two garden ornaments from a residence on Summer St. We spoke with Gay who admitted to taking the ornaments. Gay was issued a citation for Petit Larceny and released.
