SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 07/09/2023 Myself, Officer Davis Guyer, and Officer McKendrick Johnson responded to 51 Depot Square for a report of threats. When I arrived I spoke with Edward who explained someone was grabbing onto him. After Officer Guyer and I spoke with the victim and other witnesses I took Pawlowski into custody for simple assault. Edward was brought to the Police Department where he was fingerprinted, photographed, and released on a citation. Edward will face arraignment in this matter September 18, 2023 at 0830 hours in Caledonia Superior Court.
