SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint about a suspicious vehicle pulling into the driveway of 211 Pleasant Street. An investigation resulted in Travis Thompson being arrested and later cited for DLS-[EXPUNGED]. A passenger in the vehicle was later found to have fraudulently utilized the identity of a relative to deflect the investigation. An arrest warrant will be requested from the Honorable Court for Marissa M. Wheeler for Identity Theft and False Information to a Police Officer. Thompson was cited into Caledonia Superior Court on November 9, 2020 to answer his charges.
