SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: At 1746 hours, the St Johnsbury
Police Department responded to a complaint of a male yelling obscenities and
making threatening remarks on Pearl Street. The officers on arrival
were directed to John Schumann, 38 of St Johnsbury. Schumann was taken
into custody and the investigation led to Schumann being charged with 2 counts
of Aggravated Disorderly Conduct and one count of Resisting arrest.
Schumann was cited to appear on October 19, 2020 to answer the charges.
