SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police
Department received a complaint that John M. Pinto had stolen a cell phone from
Anthony Heath and then subsequently threw vegetables and canned goods around
the common area at the Republican Block building. Pinto was located and issued
a citation for the above for Caledonia Superior Court on November 16, 2020 at
1000.
