SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
The St. Johnsbury Police Department learned that Steven
Simonds had an extraditable warrant out of Grafton County, New Hampshire for
failure to appear on an original charge of possession of cocaine. On the above
date and time, Simonds was located at 18 Spring Street and arrested. Simonds
was lodged at the Northeastern Regional Correctional Facility as a Fugitive
from Justice per the order of the Honorable Court on $5,000 bail. Simonds will
face the charge in Caledonia Superior Court on July 27, 2020 at 12:30pm.
