SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: At
2137 hours, officers of the St Johnsbury Police Department were
dispatched to a residence on Railroad Street after a report of a vehicle that
had left the driveway and struck a pair of vehicles. During the investigation,
officers learned that [EXPUNGED] of St Johnsbury, had entered his
2020 Mitsubishi and struck a neighbors car forcing it into a second
vehicle. A BOL was issued for [EXPUNGED] and attempts to locate him were
unsuccessful. [EXPUNGED] left the scene in a blue Mitsubishi Outlander with
substantial front end damage and a temporary registration tag on the
